Up to 150 reais a week for electricity (= 300KW), all extra usage will
be charged extra, so please switch off the 4 air conditions, when you
leave the penthouse.
Gas, high speed internet access and cleaning are totally included in the
rent as well as all Rio taxes.
The entrance of the building is always locked and there will be several
doormen posted 24 hours a day.
At the street corner of ’Atlantica’ taxis pass by all the time.
